**Shipping Area:**  
We currently ship exclusively within Hong Kong.

**Shipping Carriers:**  
We use trusted local carriers including Hong Kong Post and SF Express to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

**Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:**  
- **Standard Shipping (Hong Kong Post):** Delivery within 2-4 business days.  
- **Express Shipping (SF Express):** Delivery within 1-2 business days.  
- **Same-Day Delivery:** Available in selected areas for orders placed before [cutoff time], via SF Express or local courier partners.

**Shipping Costs:**  
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout.  
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over [HKD amount].  
- Flat-rate shipping options may also be available.

**Order Processing Time:**  
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

**Order Tracking:**  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or via your Shopify order page.

**Shipping Label & Pickup:**  
We generate shipping labels automatically through integrated apps with Hong Kong Post or SF Express. For Hong Kong Post shipments, you can choose either doorstep pickup or self-drop-off at a post office.

**Lost or Damaged Packages:**  
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

**Returns & Exchanges:**
